Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice? Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

Bring a plastic cup and pour the good beer into it. Keep the glass in the cooler or throw it in the garbage.
Iowa started that a few years back - they also included no liquor (which may be a good idea - i drank a bottle of vodka beforet the Flordia St game and remember very little of it). However, the glass bottle policy is dumb, they just don't want people walking aroudn with glass and breaking it in the parking lot.

We had some gomer ROTC nerds practically walking through our tent to see if we had any damn glass last year. I wouldve laid em out if i couldve done it without spilling my beer.
They dont need to go out of their way to look for trouble, they might just make more instead. They should just keep their eyes open for shaddy and or illegal behavior so they can notify the proper officials.
I had a vivid dream last night about leaving work around noon. Driving up to Ames. Parking in the lot under the clear blue sky. A refreshing breeze blowing through the trees as I pop the first beer of the tailgate season. Of staggering out of the stadium in the dark singing the fight song and raving about how our boys put a hurtin on Kent State.
I had a dream where after drilling the team in practice for 2 hours coach chizik wasn't happy with the way the band looked and had them running up and down the field doing sprints with instruments in uniform...it was pretty awesome!

That sounds more like a Ron Prince thing to do. That guy prolly makes his wife run sprints if dinner sucks.

Those are some of the future leaders of our Armed Forces. There may be a few that can be characterized that way but they are taking extra steps in their life that most are not.
*Sorry for the temporary hi-jack, and those of us that went through OCS make fun of them from time to time too. *

Cyclones.com says 7am or 6 hrs before kick-off for SATURDAY games, I'm not sure about the Thursday game. I really doubt it'll be open at 7:00am for Kent State with classes in session, but hey, I've been surprised before...
Speaking of parking... what about the "commuter" lots. Do the people with tailgating passes in those lots just have to wait for the cars to get out or try to find a spot? or do they close the commuter lots off that day? I can't remember what they did last year... anybody know?
but its like i always say...the worst beer i ever had was GREAT!
Evidently, you have never left an open 40 oz. Milwaukee's Best bottle in the back seat of your car on a 90 degree day, then took a drink of it that night
