| Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative. ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other." |

Clones33 - i was just thinking today at work that we hadn't heard much from you lately, we love to hear your info - keep it coming. Have you heard anything on the cousins from Illinois - we have to get Bailey on his boyz to get them over here, those would be two great gets for us - very athletic wr/safety in sanni and physical wr/lb in Ellington whatever position best fits them after arrival.
Let us know.
thanks clones33 - you da man!!!!!!!!!

the sanni/ellington story has been quiet. I know we are still on ellingtons list, and if ellington comes to ISU i think the chances are great that we get sanni as well. Ellington re-opened his recruiting process after some other D1 schools showed some interest in him, It is hard for a kid to commit so early, especially when they have aspirations for playing at Texas. I think once he realizes that ISU is a going to be in the mix for things and that he probably isnt going to get that texas/ou offer, that we will pick him back up. I will see if i can get a word from him or sanni.

I wonder how many prospects have their own website. I wonder if he did it himself or had somebody help him. Good idea though and I won't mind having him on our team.

As expected Clones33, great stuff.....
Got any other inside stuff - i saw on one of the depth charts it was showing the starting RB is coming down to Bass and Robinson getting a line share of the carries - have you heard any more on that battle - is scales on the outside looking in or is he still 1 or 2???

Careful what you say to him. Don't want to bring on the wrath of the "Compliance Linebacker" |
Exaggeration is a BILLION times worse than understating.

All I could see on his website was that he was born in 1990! We are recruiting kids that were born in the 90's now...holy crap I feel old.

wartknight, Lol, the compliance linebacker is my friend! I know what you are getting at though. I dont talk to guys in the wrong manner, and the only way i may beable to reach these guys is if they are ever around this fall on visits.
