There hasn't been much talk about what strengths/weaknesses the Kent State team will bring to Ames. Attached is a link that provides a review of 2007 Kent State team. I am predicting a hard fought ISU victory by 8, but we sure as hell better be ready to play!

Thanks for the link. Reading that definitely is a reminder that you can't underestimate these MAC teams. They had a couple of players drafted last year as well as a couple that signed free agent contracts.

It looks like they have a lot of talent back on offense. With the receivers being their weakest link. On defense it appears the secondary is their biggest question mark especially the corners.

This will be a good test to see if our front seven is up to the task of stopping the running game. I wouldn't be surprised to see us try to exploit their secondary with a lot of passing. I can't wait for Thursday.
