Allen Bell Article and question - Chizik presser audio

Bell, however, has three years of eligibility remaining. He earned juco all-America honors last fall and averaged more than 18 yards as a punt returner.

I also heard Chizik say that Bell has three years of eligibility in his presser yesterday. I see him listed as a junior on Cyclones.com though - does he me he has 3 to play 2? I'd love to have the guy for 3 years but I thought he only had 2 years of eligibility left.

Bell redshirted his freshmen year at Independence CC. He will have 3 years to play 3 years (no opportunity for a redshirt since he already has taken one).
