I have been worried about every single game I have ever been to as an ISU fan. I am hoping a few years from now, we will not be worried about these types of games. But I am not there yet.

we are 18-2 against the MAC conference...I really, really LIKE our chances with those #'s...I really don't think we will have a whole lot to worry about once it hits the late 3rd quarter.

2006 barely beat Toledo.
2005 barely beat Illinois State
2004 Pulled away from UNI 23-0
2003 barely beat UNI 17-10
No reason to feel comfortable to me. I can certainly hope that those past trends are over. I just personally dont expect it all this year.

Yeah, didn't we only let them get 99 yards? If I remember correctly, didn't we play Iowa the next week and we were the only two teams in the country to not have allowed 100 yards yet?

yeah, i guess that was true for majority of the game...I just wish we had a defense like we did then and in 2005 again. However, I have a feeling that we may have a lot more high scoring games with both team having 21+ this year.

A good test yes...but worried no. Chizik and gang will have the boys fired up! Hell I just put a hundred spot on the game.

I think it's a good test, but I'm not worried. What's the point of being worried? It's not going to help us win the game. If anything, it'll make you sit on your hands more if things aren't quite going right. How's a quieter stadium going to help the team? Come on - THIS IS THE GAME WE'VE BEEN DYING FOR FOR THE LAST 9 MONTHS!!! ACT LIKE IT!!! I'm pumped, jacked, and ready to go for tomorrow nite. Hopefully ya'll can hear me thru my computer!
Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice? Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

If it's still close at Half Time, you guys should be worried. If KSU gets down by 10 or 14 early it's clear sailing for the Clones. KSU will be pumped and this is the best chance for KSU to win vs. a BCS opponette in a long time. I'm just worried they take the field too strungout and make mistakes.
