I don't know about that. App State is a great football program. ISU is lucky not to have to play teams like App State and Furman. How is it that these teams can have such a great O line?

It is still (I-AA) They are limited on scholarships.

The game was expected to be such a mismatch Las Vegas sports books refused to offer a betting line.
Appalachian State became the first team from what was formerly known as Division I-AA to ever beat a ranked I-A team.
Michigan had never played a I-AA opponent in its history.

Thhe game has rocked the Michigan program, renewed calls for Carr to hang it up at season's end and snuffed out any chance of a current assistant coach to step up and take over this vaunted power.

How many times have fans torn down their own goal posts after an away game. This is school spirit. | | |
