The Escalating College Football Arms Race
I read an article this weekend in that great sports rag, The Wall Street Journal, entitiled, "Making the First Three Seconds Count." After reading how schools across the country are using technology ranging from 3-D infrared goggles with software developed by doctors to improve visual recognition and vision to custom video games that include playbooks, scouting reports, and game plans, I did some additional research and was very impressed by what schools around the country are investing in developing their quarterbacks. I wrote up what I found to be a most interesting look at the changing face of college football in my blog
