    sadly, it is becoming more and more "cool" to hate DMB. most people don't give it a chance because they have songs that go past 3 minutes (not saying you fall under this category ISUAlum2002).

    and then there is the crowd that dislikes DMB because they see them as a sellout. this crowd usually loves phish and other jam-bands of that sort. it really is a shame because despite their mainstream popularity, they really are one of the best bands of our era.

    I will say the last 3 albums have been quite disappointing.....the lillywhite sessions was the last good album in my opionion......but anyway it would be cool if they had an outdoor concert on central campus.

    I don't know much about DMB, but I'm all about free concerts and free publicity for ISU.

    I'm not a huge DMB fan, but I do like a couple of their songs. If there was a free concert here at ISU, I would definitely attend and have a great time.
