Don't be surprised if you have a response as soon as a few hours. The longest I've waited to hear back from Pollard has been 2 days I think with some as early as a couple hours.
His reply times are amazing.
The day of the press conference announcing the change for WM, I sent him a short email about 9, 2 hours before his press conference. Nothing major and I specifically say a response was not expected. He responded in under 15 minutes, while he was getting ready for the press conference.
He has emailed me from an airplane on several occasions on his way to conferences, etc. I email back and forth with him regularly and he always responds, even if my original intent was to just make a statement, not expecting a response.
