Cyclone Radio Network SUCKS.

I will keep posting about this every single game until the season ends or the situation improves, whichever comes first. (Probably the former)

Anyway, is there a FREE audio feed for the UNI game? I don't even care if it is the UNI announcers, as long as it is free. Yes, I know all about the pay audio feed at yahoo.com and the pay webcast at cyclones.com (although, apparently, this game won't be on the cyclones.com webcast tonight). I have steadfast reasons for not wanting to pay for the game.

I was wondering the exact same thing--why should we have to pay to listen to a game when Hawk and Husker fans get it for free on multiple channels?

Is Kure not doing home games this year? Usually they have a fresh student commercial free perspective on the game. AND its free.

PS. I am a clonezone member who figured I would at least be able to get the radio on the game after paying up. Booooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

I fully agree, and going back a decade or two, well into the Big 8. In eastern Iowa after the sun goes down, radio coverage is over. I've wasted many hours online as well. When is ISU and the Big 12 going to work on improving the radio, internet and TV coverage? I'm paying for everything I can afford, including tuition and student tickets. Bring back an FM feed at least!
I can't wait to see a televised game next week. Of course a better product will bring more coverage and that takes time. But we've been dealing with this scenario for so long.........
I'm sure I'll be able to listen on a UNI channel,how fun does that sound!? We have worse coverage, from an equal distance, than a D1-AA team.

I'm in the same predicament down here in Kansas. I found a website for a radio station out of Shenandoah that has a "listen live" link. It works, but we'll see what happens when 6 o'clock rolls around.

I'm extremely miffed with the "CloneZone" I decided to go with them instead of yahoo to get my games in Colorado for 2 reasons. I thought I would get video feed on a lot of games, and I thought I would support ISU with my 10 bucks a month and not Yahoo.

Anyways, I should have looked into this before purchasing but what games will be on Clonezone?

Last I heard the only other game as of now is Toledo. I think Pollard is working on more though.

Not sure if you found an alternate place to listen to the game or not, but I use KIOW.com from out here in Idaho. It is a radio station out of Forest City Iowa. Click on the link at the botom of their web page to listen live.

just so I understand - there is a radio link, but there is nothing ISU's website right?

on side note, I am in Austin and this town has gone crazy with longhorns and frogs.......
