I heard just enough of the show to hear the teaser to the 3:05. It sounds like he is going to hammer those Clone fans that have been going off on the team, the coach, etc. What Jon does not understand is that we will take care of our own house. He can worry about his team and fans. We will worry about ours.

All this comes down to is anger towards Pollard over no single tickets and the $90 alloted tickets.

The Genius that is Jamie Pollard scares them and they don't know what to do. So, they go the Hayden Fry route and just talk trash about "15 straight years", "ISU Super Bowl", blah, blah, blah, blah, blah...

I'm sorry I got sucked in and some of this is a BIIIGGGG stretch. I'm sure there are some fans out there like this but come on Jon...

ISU fans boycot Kum and Go
ISU fans buy their beer in Ames and get their ice in Williamsburg so they don't support Iowa City businesses
ISU fans don't get hotels in Iowa City
The ISU fans only care about the Iowa game
Some Cyclone Jerry mentions
Iowa gets the raw deal because they pay ISU more money to come to Kinnick than they get when Iowa comes to Jack Trice
Various shots at Pollard and the "discrepancies" regarding renewing the series contract
Got on fans for already getting on Chizik (rightfully so, but Hawk fans did the same to Ferentz so I'm not too worried about this.)

The rambling continued... I'll give him this much, he prefaced this by saying he's singling out the small group of "lunatics" we have and we do have them I'll give him that but replace some of those broad generalities with Iowa not ISU and you have the same kind of fans on the Iowa side too. The whole rant was nothing impressive, after all the build-up he made didn't live up to the hype.

Lets clarify...

He did not say "Cyclone fans" do this....he siad some do. He also siad he has some lunatic fringe Iowa fan friends who do some of the same stuff...

You know what we could really do to stick it to those Hawks??? Come up with a name for them but cleverly disguise it so it sounds like Hawkeyes! How about these:
