Spirit Walk!

Hey all,
I see that JP and Chizik are promoting the 2-hour pregame bus arrival. I am fortunate enough to be one of the drivers of the fire truck that leads the charge.

I really like this - hopefully it gives our guys a "shot in the arm". We sure could use it.

We've been doing this ever since '98 I believe after we took it to Iowa City and we won for the first time. Mac believed it was our good luck charm... It's been to Phoenix, Shreveport twice and KC.

When do the Hawkeyes arrive by bus. We can turn our backs and then bend over to Greet Them. Then we can all hold up 3 fingers because that is what they will score against us. We need to organize a Hawkeye Great Group also.

I saw it this morning, and thought, "WOW! This would be fun...then I noticed the "10:30" part and thought "Too bad I'll have already been in line for an hour or so..."

i can tell you from experience that when u get off the buses and walk out to the fans standing there cheering you and telling you to kick ***** it really gets your blood pumping and gets u very excited.

I hope the guys get more pumped than they did the last two weeks.
