For those of you in the Des Moines area, on Friday night my band will be playing a Pre-Tailgate party at AK O'Connors in West Des Moines. They have opened a new large band area in the back of the bar and Friday is the grand-opening.
Come out and wear your Cyclone gear, I think we will be starting around 9pm. When it is over, you can just drive up to the Jack and continue the party!

I better stay away from the bars Friday night if I'm getting up at 4am on Saturday...otherwise I'd definitely be interested. AKs is only about 2 miles from my house.
how about the Beat Iowa party tonight downtown at People's. That should be awesome, any recent graduates would know how good Kentucky Fried Mullet is. Should be a blast as well.
