Ok Cyclone Fanatics...
For those wanting to go to Kansas/Missouri games, Superfan and I are planning to road trip and think it'd be awesome to get a big group of people for tailgating/sitting together in the stadium
If you want to sit as a big group, the best way we can do this is to say you want to be seated with so and so... they'll make a note of that and hopefully when they recieve their tickets from the other stadium, they'll assign tickets to us that are all together
So when you call to buy your tickets, I guess you tell them you want to be seated with "William Hess", which I would assume is what my account is under. If they ask for something different or more information, someone please let me know
Also please note that you must be a National Cyclone Club member or student season ticket holder to purchase tickets, if you're not find someone that is and arrange for them to buy your ticket.
I hope to see a lot of you out there, and Go Cyclones!
EDIT: As a reminder the game dates and prices are as follows: Mizzouri October 27th/ $50 per ticket, Kansas November 17th $45/ticket, and you get to see some nut jobs in body paint and no shirts!
This is a bit off the subject of the road trip but Ames should take some cues on how to support a team from Columbia. It's been a couple years since I've been down there but I can remember being a kid going down there and just being awe-struck by the Tiger paws that are painted on the off ramps to all the exits that get you to campus and the Mizzou Flags flying all over town no matter when you went. Ames needs to do something like that.
I hope we are playing for something at the end of the year because to take over KU like we did 2 years ago would be alot of fun. Its too bad the day had a bad result.
Exaggeration is a BILLION times worse than understating.
Will probably have some people going to these games but not sure how many in our group so we'll get tickets on our own I'm sure. But probably be interested in coordinating some tailgating. KU especially is not great for that as you have to park in a frat lot or someone's lawn basically so there is no tailgate lot.
Two of us are already booked for the Mizzou game at Holiday Inn and there is an official I State function planned. They are fun! Pollard attends and most of the player parents

Is this a NCC/Alumni Association thing? Or is it open to the public?
