USC at NU

I realize that this game is being played the same day as Iowa State/Iowa. Nevertheless, who do you prefer to win and who do you think will win?

Prefer: NU. I'm all for a B12 beating a Pac-10 any day. Plus, as much as I hate to say it, Nebraska's really the only North team w/ much of a chance for respectability this year.

Predict: USC. Nebraska looked pretty mediocre at Wake last weekend. I don't care if this game is in Lincoln, I still don't think NU's got what it takes to beat USC.

I'd prefer a big 12 win almost always...and this year I actually DO think Nebraska will pull it off against USC.

USC will beat Nebraska like a drum. USC will make Keller try to beat them long and it will be a silent crowd in Lincoln at the end of the first quarter.

I'm planning to flip back and forth between this game and Arkansas/Alabama which should be a pretty good game as well.

As for a winner, mostl likely USC. As for who I'd like to see win....*sigh* Nebraska (anything that will promote the Big XII as a tougher conference)

I really think that the win at Wake Forest was a good one. Wake is not a bad team at all, and it was on the road. I'd like to see Nebraska win, to help the image of the Big 12. But I'd like to see them lose because we have a big Nebraska fan at work

. I think if USC can put a lot of pressure on Keller, they will win going away.

Nebraska played USC close at USC last year despite Callahan's conservative play calling. I think that Nebraska is better this year and it is at Nebraska so w/ that said...... USC 24 Neb 21. Keller is not a good enough QB to win that game for them. USC will play to stuff Lucky, making Keller struggle

Nebraska was playing keep away from USC last year. They were just trying to keep it away from them so they didn't pound them into the ground like a tent stake. They had no chance of winning that game last year, and they have no chance of winning it this year, either. Hoping to see a Big Red butt kicking.

I spend too much time in the Omaha area now for me ever to want Nebraska to win, even if they are a Big 12 team. I do think the Huskers will give USC a run for their money, but USC will flex their muscles in the 4th quarter and end up winning by 10-14 points.

I really dont' want to see Nebraska win this game. Their egos will get so inflated. The last thing I want is Nebraska to win and the Hawks to win. Nothing like getting made fun of from our two biggest rivals.
