    Breaking Down The ISU Victory

What a great game. I wrote up a breakdown of the game on my blog. There was really a lot to like about this game that goes far beyond the joy of beating Iowa. Seriously, I am I the only one that thinks the reason I get such great joy out of beating Iowa is because of how much it makes them crazy. I think they are the ones with the complex over this game.

Enough of the Hawks, a lot of our team really grew up today and that bodes well for the rest of the season.

Good point. I thought we had a great game plan on both sides of the field and had them well scouted.

ESPN has a great picture up of Bates catch...Iowa linebacker had no idea where the ball was. I post a link rather than picture so I don't get Jeremy introuble on rights to the photo.

For once it looked like we had a bunch of Division 1 caliber football players, not just a few here and there.

Hopefully with this win we can add a few more (from recruits that were here today).

Iowa fans are mad that Parker did not put in a nickel back against Bates.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.
