I'm not bothered by too many players, but I am bothered by a high turnover rate. In LE's last few seasons, the rate of attrition was astronomical, and I feel it made us a worse, much more inconsistent program, and it does have serious long-term effects upon a program.

Short-term, it might not mean as much. Hell, Morgan's NCAA team got better after getting rid of guys like Reggie George and Robert Faulkner, even though our bench was very shallow afterwards. You just can't make a regular habit of it, the way LE did his last two years.
