Geek Squad is pretty worthless. My girlfriend's sorority had them come out to fix an issue with their computer lab, and charged them 50 bucks. They came and went saying it'd been fixed, when the next person to use the lab still had issues with it. They wanted another 50 bucks to come out and fix it again.

To say Geek Squad is worthless is like saying Hawk fans are a bit delusional. Think about it. Why would anyone worth a crap work for Geek Squad when they could be working somewhere else making double or triple the money? They hire zit faced momma's boys who spend their time away from their "work" playing video games in their parent's basement and drinking Moutain Dew Game Fuel.
