Top Dog: Week 5

We have 88 members with points. 1/3 of the season is complete. Not to late to make up some ground on the two leaders.

Rules: Only one pick per week. The dog has to win the game to get the points they were receiving.

This is for bragging rights only. Have Fun.

Looks like we are the biggest underdog. This game will depend solely on how well Bret handles his team.

EIU is the other Okoboji University for serious students and home of Captain Kirk who pilots the Enterprise on its Trek through the Universe for finding his next great job. Captain, beware of your Superbowl.

What the??!! I thought the winner got a trophy and $1000 Cyclone Fanatic dollars? Looks like I'm going to have to quit trying now (at least that's my built in excuse if I choke it away )

Where's FIU? They've been my workhorse so far (prob. why I don't have any points). I'm picking Notre Dame to release Demetrius Jones from his scholarship and pick up a much needed first win (but not a turn-around win) against the Boilermakers. Come on Jimmy Clausen, fire that f*#&in pigskin.

Michigan State

A program isn't built on one player and it doesn't succeed because of one player, thus a program won't fail if it doesn't get that one player.

Had to go with Notre Dame over Purdue. Air Force over Navy is an easy pick, but doesn't exactly help much with the points.
