How would you wrestling people rate his coaching job so far? Is he still in the learning process, or top flight coach already. Future sure sounds bright.

Cael's job in my eyes was an A...he missed an A+ by not winning the natl championship, but even for as great of a program as ISU wrestling, it still woulda been amazing for him.
I'll take a big 12 championship every year!

i'd say as of now we can't ask more from him. I know we want some national titles, but for only being here for 2 years i think, going on his third and to have won the Big XII and placed 2nd at Nationals, to me that's pretty impressive.
