HALO 3

Anyone else completely geeking that Halo 3 is out tomorrow? I haven't played the previous versions, but from the reviews and previews, it sounds like it will be awesome. I won't be picking up my reserved copy at midnight, but it will be on my morning to do list!

Been a fan since Halo1, I'll be up for at least 60 hours straight.

I have no doubt that you're serious, but if you are joking, I know some people will. I just don't get in to video games I guess, but my roommate I got stuck with last year in the dorms was in to them so much it was ridiculous. He didn't really have a schedule. He didn't go to class, didn't hang out with friends, he just played video games until he passed out on the couch, then he'd wake up and start it all over again.

Just stay away from the boogar sugar. Mountain Dew has a new flavor out just for the Halo crowd.

I will still be awaiting Microsoft to fix my Xbox and get it shipped back to me before Christmas.

Re: HALO 3

I'm a pretty big gamer, but I'm not sure what to expect from Halo 3. It did get great reviews (like 9.5/10) from most sites, but the Halo series is so over-hyped it's hard to say. I loved the first Halo but the second one really didn't bring anything new to the table. I'm hoping the 4 player co-op is a blast though.

I wonder if any stores in town will have extra copies, since I didn't pre-order..

Re: HALO 3

I would be PSYCHED for Halo3...but alas, I am now in graduate school and can't afford an XBOX360. $hit. 1 and 2 were outstanding....I agree that the game play didn't approve much from 1 to 2, but the Xbox Live was absolutely fantastic.

I played the first halo for the PC, great game. I cannot stand shooters on a console, the PC has just spoiled me. Anyone know if they are going to port this one or halo2 to the pc?

Halo2 will be on Vista only when it goes to PC (or at least that is that last that I had heard) . I don't remember the time frame.

Video games are one of my top hobbies. I just enjoy playing video games over most other activities.
Although I did have a chance to check out Saint Arnold's brewery this weekend - very good beer. I'm not sure if it gets very far north, but if you're ever in H-Town I highly recommend it.

I'd be in line to get this game if I had a 360. My PS2 will have to tide me over for awhile...

I always hear that from people and I just don't get it. The analog sticks on the controller are great, and I just can't do well using computer controls.

Because once you learn the control keys plus mouse movement, it is just so much more fluid. Of course I started playing shooters with the original wolfenstein, so I kinda grew up playing this way.
