Big XII on XM

Big XII is on XM this season. But I have yet to hear ISU.

Look at these garbage games scheduled for this weekend:

Big 12 MEN'S FOOTBALL Date Game Pre-Game Game Time XM Channel 9/29/2007 Kansas State @ Texas N/A 3:30PMET XM 241
Northwestern State @ Texas Tech N/A 7:00PMET XM 241
Sam Houston State @ Oklahoma State N/A 7:05PMET XM 242
What is the story here? We're going in to our 5th game against Nebraska a big conference game, and I am looking at 2 games with 2 FCS schools?

What gives? The Big 12 coverage is weak on XM.

ISU games are still being broadcast on Sirius. Channel 140 this weekend.

XM does not own the rights to ALL B12 games..... just some. They have rights for the B12 Championship and I think they have all the Texas games and a FEW other selections throughout the season. As someone said above..... ALL ISU games are on Sirius.

Question, says here that the ISU Game is on Sirius 140. That comes up on their guide as BBC World View. Do sports games preempt their other programming?

Yes they do once the pregame starts...that's how they do all of their in-game audio.

XM has contracts with Oklahoma State, Texas, and the Big 12 Conference, meaning they'll have an OSU game, a UT game, and a third with a random conference team.
