    Great Quote By Keeler

Some teams shoot themselves in the foot. Iowa State shoots itself in the temple.

that quote is pretty funny. the INT TD return was tipped from what i heard. if the guy jumped the route or whatever i dont know. There have been some flukey turnobvers this year. Its not Myers 1st tipped pass thats gotten picked off. one happened vs toledo while backed up near thier goal-line.

    I love the last line.

And as crummy as this one felt, Cyclone fans, it could be a lot worse. You could be a Hawkeye.

Keeler must not have seen the game I saw. They made lots of improvement, bit itty bitty steps. He is a Hawkeye homer for sure.

I don't like Keeler, but that's a good one. Sometimes it feels like that, but we are on the upswing, and while I'm disappointed that they've lost in the way that they have, overall they look better than I expected.

Yeah, the pass was tipped. He threw it right at the receiver, the D made a good play to hit the ball in front of him, and the ball popped straight into the air, where there were 2 other Husker defenders waiting for it.

How could he have seen the game? I doubt he drives to away games.

Keeler and Andrew Logue drove together to Lincoln. Keeler drove. 1430 AM has a great pre-game show before games and they interviewed Logue while Keeler was trying to find a place to park. Although I didn't hear it, Keeler was swearing in the back ground due to traffic. Logue was telling Mel (from 1430 AM), "I hope you have the 7 second delay going on this interview". It was hilarious!

I listened to that as well. 1430's show adds an additional hour of pregame and I agree, it's pretty good. They had an interview with McFarland and Logue. Pretty good stuff.

Um, while I'm no fan of Keeler, I certainly don't think a gun to the head is in order.

In this case, Keeler was dead-on (pun intended). We are inflicting pain on ourselves in many cases.
