    OU Game time?

    Any new news on that? I am really worried this will be an 8:15 game. Am I a bad person for hoping ESPN does not want that game televised?

    Sometimes bad showing are still better then no tv. maybe some 5 star will say, Wow do they need me," and call GC the next day.

    Ahh well, if the game is on TV, at least I can sit back and relax and watch it at home and then go to bed at halftime. Unless it is close, and then I know I will not be able to sleep anyway.

    College football should be played on saturday afternoons. Not thursdays, not evenings. Nothing beats a crisp fall day and a 1pm kick.

    We have tickets to the Blue Man Group that night so I'm definately rooting for a day game. If we don't show up for the next two games It'll be a tough decision for what to go to.

    We are hoping for the 8:15 gametime...under the lights in primetime!!! Night games do give the best gameday atmosphere.

    Late afternoons or evening games are the best, IMO. I hate anything earlier than 1 pm. Give me more tailgating time pleeeaase!!

    I agree with 22's better half, above. The later, the more tailgate time = the better.

    Speaking of which, I'd just like to say I'm a little peeved about this 11:00 kickoff next weekend.

    So no Brian, you're not a bad fan for not liking a TV game that moves it to 8:30 at night.

    You are however a bad fan for living in Ankeny and NOT GOING to said game.....
