Black shirts to Green shirts

Looks like NU should be considering changing the defesive players t shirts from black to green. Then put the logo on it with "go ahead and go because we won't stop you"

I was thinking "pink blouses". That might ignite some fire into that "defense" of theirs...

Deep within the heart of Iowa, a storm is brewing...
... the winds of change ripple throughout the vast fields of corn surrounding the small college town of Ames.

The Gene Chizik era of football continues, and, with it, a renewed attitude of pride, determination, and success.

This is Cyclone Football.

I would love to watch the Omaha sportscasters on the news if I was at home...

Chizik: "One thing that I’d encourage our fans…I want them to be the loudest stadium in the Big 12. I don’t care…I want Jack Trice stadium to be the loudest in the Big 12 and I think that creates homefield advantage.... I want to stress to everyone…I want this place to be juiced up. They bought 36,000 season tickets so there is a passion there…don’t hide it…let it out. I want there to be a passion in the stadium."

Right now, we don't have much room to talk.

However, it's too bad Nebraska doesn't play Tech this year. Could be another 70-10 game.

Heard thy were going to add the word Corny back to Huskers by edict of Matt Davidson: Cornyhuskers.

We will just clobber them in basketball this year.

So has there been some fallout over this game in Lincoln? Any ISU fans living in that area care to comment on how the press has been presenting this? I would say that Callahan has to be officially on the hot seat. ISU fans seem hesitant to give our football coach a few years to get us to winning consistently. You can't tell me that Husker fans are more patient that Cyclone fans. They have to be absolutely foaming at the mouth over Callahan.

All Husker died hards I know, all three of them are ready to axe Callahan and there is already mention of Bo Pellini again. Where did he disappear to?

And as crummy as this one felt, Cyclone fans, it could be a lot worse. You could be a Hawkeye. - Sean Keeler (imagine that, actually quoting Keeler!)

Husker Nation is melting down. I believe they still have to play OSU, Texas, A&M. Kansas and Kansas State are no gimmies and Colorado will give them a game. when I was at the game last Sat in Lincoln I saw 2 pretty funny things. The first gentleman had shaved a mohawk into his head and painted it Red. He then went for the full helmut look and shaved an N into each side of his head. He must have done it hime self because I can explain why else one of the N's was backwards on the side of his head. Either that or somebody was cruel and did it to him. All I could think was he looked into the mirror and thought one was really cool and the other one was backwards.

The second gentleman had pissed himself. he was walking down the sidewalk in front of Lazlo's head hanging down stangering all over the place jeans dark blue on the inseam and light blue on the out side. He would stop over so often and look around and feel his jeans and look at his hands and start walking again.

Bo Polini is at LSU. If you call coaching the number 1 team in America a disappearing act.

Bo Pelini didn't disappear...he is the DC at LSU. The last time I was in the barber shop to get my hair cut...he was in the chair next to me. He has a couple of small kids that are real brats by the way.

I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes.
