    2 cents

    During my break today, Im reading the 2cents column, and from a faithful iowa fan here what he has to say- "We are getting ready to rent a big billboard on Interstate Highway 35 by Ames for 2006-2007. It will read:"Hawkeye State--Were back." - -Central Iowa Man
    This caused me to chuckle. Looks like we mighta struck the heart with the billboard down by cedar rapids....all hail jamie pollard

    Incredible. The billboard has done exactly what we wanted it to do -- bring the ISU/Iowa rivalry more into the national spotlight.

    And we are using Hawkeye money next year to do it.

    I still hope UNI puts up a billboard in Iowa city area - play in the MVC and make yourself proud.
