How will Mo vs OU go?
Nxt Yr - Our O-Ln, CB's, FS, SS, LB will be improved due to experience/strength.
Our LB's will be improved for the same reason with Garrin/ Bibbs/ Cameron Bell/w Smith.
Nd speed at DE and some horses at the DL-NG/Grd. DE Taylor seems to be getting better.
I really like the way Coach Chizik is rotating people and getting them experinece. Wi ll be better for it as we go.
Arnaud was injured in the NU gm, it look like his right knee. Looked like ball was mishandled on handoff, ball got loose, he got piled on in recovery and took a shot from the side. Like all of you, sure wish we could get him in for a bunch a reps and see if he check off receivers, look off the one he is going to pass to, and zing it rather then float the long ones.

And I'm not yet convinced that the top 2 shouldn't be flipped. I like what KU is doing right now.

22, you are right on. KU has a creampuff schedule compared to the others and Red has no running game or defense to stick with the rest.

I'm not convinced that the north is "back" quite yet. Maybe just not as crappy top to bottom as it has recently. We'll find out here soon enough though I guess.

Too bad you cannot watch any of the games on TV. I don't know...I think it's more of a case of the South being much weaker. There doesn't really look like one team that's thrashing everyone in it's path this year. I have my reservations about both Mizzou and KU. KU hasn't played hardly anybody, and Mizzou looked great against a downright terrible kNU team.
EDIT: Although, Mizzou's win over Illinois is looking a lot more impressive than anything else this season.

This is KU's year with the easy schedule. Although Missouri could just as easily win too.

As for the North race, it's now a 4 team race as I believe Nebraska and Iowa State are by far the worst teams in this division. Colorado doesn't have enough to win it, but you can't count them out the way they're playing. Missouri looks good right now, but they still have a coach who likes to lose games down the stretch.

I'll say:
Missouri
Kansas
Kansas State
Nebraska
Colorado
Iowa State
Today's Register article lays out how difficult the remainder of ISU's schedule is. I think winning one more game is asking a lot.

Top 4 are close and NU is a ways behind as of now but closer to those teams than ISU is to them. It's still too early to get a good read but MU, CU, KSU, and KU all have wins over ranked teams and a few have conference road wins which have all been tough to come by for the North recently. I think the North has improved a lot and the South has regressed some as well.
It sucks that we're a couple of years behind the other North schools in the rebuilding efforts and wasted the two+ years when we had a clear shot at a North title.

Mizzou KU-as much as i hate saying it, they do have a very easy schedule
colorado
ksu
nu ISU
mizzou is definitely the best team...but being a long time fan i know gary pinkel won't let it happen and they will probably choke in one of those last two games. i hope they prove me wrong but until they get to the big 12 championship game i have little faith in pinkel to win the big game. i'm very interested in the OU game this weekend, it would be huge to have two north teams beat the mighty sooners in the same year.
