We can get Volleyball matches on TV but not football?!

Our VB team is acutally good plus our coach takes on her former school. Maybe we should start winning some FB games then we might actually be worthy of being on TV more.

VB and ladies soccer are both doing great this fall, but I don't think many fanatics on here give a rat's @$$ about these non-revenue, women's sports. Christy Johnson is doing a fantastic job with elevating the v-ball program in the last few years, especially considering where it was. The attendance to games has been improving as well, once again showing that everyone likes winning.

I attended the Neb.-CU volleyball game in Boulder over the weekend (girlfriend dragged me to it), and I'm telling ya, check out Neb. on tv when they are on for at least a few minutes. MY GOD they have some amazons in their front line. Hate to say this about anything husker, but they are on a level above the rest of the NCAA. Saying that, it would be sweet if the lady Clones went in and shocked NU and shut up the 5 to 6 thousand that regularly attent games in Lincoln.

There is a reason it's non revenue. It's boring. I will have to say though. If I was a single guy I would go to the volleyball game. They are the hottest chicks in the world. They are all like 6 feet tall and built very nice. It's really the only reason I would go.

I missed very few volleyball game the prior 2 seasons; they were a pretty good time.

Saw the VB gals last year at the Fanfest day at the Bergstrom.

I'm not discrediting the non-revenue sports...I want all of ISU's programs to excel. I just found it ironic that we could watch ISU/Nebraska VB on TV and not ISU/Nebraska football. Winning will cure that but that doesn't help us this year.

Very true about winning, but what kills me is the TV Schedule's each week. I have been following who is on TV and there is WELL over 100 D1 teams on TV each week. Look at some of the teams on TV this week and let me know how many wins they have or how small their fan base is.....That is why I think something needs to be done with our coverage. I think Syracuse, Temple, Army, Northern Illinois are on TV every week.
