I wouldn't blame Stoops if he runs up the score when the Sooners play ISU. They have already lost to Colorado, and are trying to make a statement to the pollsters.
"Oklahoma, meanwhile, has what should be three easy wins – against Iowa State, Texas A&M and Baylor – before closing the season against Texas Tech and Oklahoma State. By then, the Sooners vow they'll be better."

Nearly all of the posts on this board claim that ISU is not winning due to a lack of player talent. I agree that their isn't much talent, or at least "Big 12" talent on the team.
However, great coaching can coverup some weaknesses from a lack of talent. When ISU can't beat the likes of the UNI's, Toledo's, and Kent States, I consider the jury to still be out on the quality of the coaching.
