I agree that that type of behavior cannot be tolerated, and it should be clear that anyone involved in that sort of stuff should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. With that said, if we had that kind of penalty for doing stupid things, I would guess that posts on this board would be typed a lot slower.

We could always throw the person who did it over the bridge. We'd have to stop traffic to make it safe for everyone else. Do that once and I bet the rest quit.

If this happened to me I would pull over and chase the bastards down while dialing 911 on my phone...

Once when I was in high school I caught some people breaking into a friend of mine's car and I chased them for about 5 miles... they lost me, but I did get a license plate and they were caught.
