    No, he's been here for a few years. I just can't fathom why he can't walk the last 50 feet to his house and pee in his bathroom. He also teases the other neighbor's dogs on his way to the "tree toilet".

    I am now waiting for my house to be vandalized since I yelled at him.

    Did you catch the Baylor coach's reasoning to the urination?

    "Because I could get Uromysitisis poisoning and die. That's why!...Do you think I enjoy living like this?...the shame, the humiliation...You know I have been issued a public urination pass by the city because of my condition. Unfortunately my little brother ran out of the house with it this morning."

    Poor guy has a condition. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
