O.T. How to throw a Penn State Hissy

    Want fries with your disorder?
It has been postulated before that they're putting addictive chemicals in fast food. I didn't believe it, but now I'm not so sure. Here's why:
A Pennsylvania man became so enraged when his local Burger King restaurant ran out of French fries that he flipped out and ended up in jail. According to the Associated Press, the man became so irate when the drive-thru clerk informed him of the shortage that he parked his truck and entered the restaurant to cuss out the staff. But that's not all…
After saying his peace (but obviously not making it), he gunned his truck and nearly ran over one of the Burger King staffers who followed him outside to take down his license number! As if that weren't enough of a reaction, he then scuffled with police and kicked out the rear window of the squad car after being pulled over a short distance from the restaurant.
Needless to say, the man ended up in the klink to cool off and figure out how he was going to raise $2,500 bail after being charged with assault, reckless endangerment, and other crimes. Talk about going off the deep fried deep end!
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.

Police brutality was fully warranted here. I would have looked the other way.

I can understand if they were some tasty curly fries, but Burger King's?

What part of PA is this? My wife is from PA and I love to give her crap when we see stuff like this.

Looking for attractive people? Don't go to...

Mon Oct 22, 10:55 AM ET

Philadelphia is home to the least attractive people in the United States, a survey of visitors and residents showed on Friday.

The city of more than 1.5 million people was also found to be among the least stylish, least active, least friendly and least worldly, according to the "America's Favorite Cities" survey by Travel & Leisure magazine and CNN Headline News.

About 60,000 people responded to the online survey -- at Travel + Leisure Magazine | Vacation guides, travel articles, hotel recommendations, and deals -- which ranked 25 cities in categories including shopping, food, culture, and cityscape, said Amy Farley, senior editor at the magazine.

For unattractiveness, Philadelphia just beat out Washington DC and Dallas/Fort Worth for the bottom spot. Miami and San Diego are home to the most attractive people, the poll found.

But Farley pointed out the results don't mean people in Philadelphia are ugly or the city is a bad place to visit.

"We were asking people to vote on attractiveness, not unattractiveness. Travel & Leisure editors believe there are a lot of attractive people in Philadelphia," she said.

"The relative attractiveness of its residents is only a minuscule factor in evaluating a city's merit."

Philadelphians' self-esteem has been undermined by national surveys showing they are among the fattest people in the United States. The American Obesity Association ranked the city in the top 10 for overweight people every year between 2000 and 2005.

And sporting pride in a city known for the fierce loyalty of its fans has been hurt by not having had a national champion in any of its four main sports since the 76ers won the National Basketball Association title in 1983.

I've mentioned that. Her comeback was, "I'm from the Pittsburgh area." OK.
Plus, it's not like I was actually going to call my wife ugly.

Can we finally all agree that fast food companies DO use addictive ingredients? They are:

    1. beef
    2. American cheese
    3. potatoes
    4. frying oil
    5. sugar
Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice?
Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.
