I think that mac dropped the ball on a lot of things...and tyler lorenzen is just one of them..how about recruiting a decent field goal kicker.... decent punter...decent quarterback like chase daniel....


I think that Mac had to go so that JP could sell hope to sell tickets...The next 3 years will tell the Tale of Chizik and Pollard and the football program!!

Just a though considering many of us feel Meyer never has really progressed as a QB from his fresheman year. Maybe Lorenzen would never have developed into the QB he is now if he stayed at ISU. It is quite possible the change in coaches allowed him to develop into the QB he is today.

It is hard to fault someone to transfer because they want to play a certain position.

You're NOT the only one who thinks that brettmeyer peaked as a freshman..I heard the same sentiments from 3 other people the last 2 times I played golf...
