I know Meyer has been playing a bit better (stupid pass that was intercepted against OU) but with these four remaining games, do we consider playing one of the younger guys to get them real game experience or do we continue with Meyer? If Mizzou jumps out on us, i think we should make a switch and see if the youngster can spark something....

And Chizik is still holding AA back because of his foot or ankle or something.

Anyway, if you listen to our coach Chizik, the we in the statement "we considering playing one of the younger guys" is Chizik and WeChizik has said over and over and over again that he'll play whoever gives us the best chance to win. Right now, that would be Meyer.

Right now, that would be Meyer. i fully understand the public relations aspect of saying "Were going to play the guy that gives us the best chance to win" what i'm asking is several weeks ago there was a lot of commentary regarding when and if meyer should be pulled for a change of pace. Obviously with the comments mentioned earlier, thats not possible now with the other qb's being dinged up.....guess i didnt know that Arnaud and Bates injuries were as serious as they are,
its friday, relax a bit pulse - do you need a hug .......

While Chizik isn't ready to roll over and give up... once AA is healthy I would like to see him get a few decent snaps. However, despite being ready for a new QB... if Bret is still the best then I still want him in there

I was shocked at the difference in the speed he puts on the ball. I don't think the receivers adjusted to how hard he threw it. I think Arnaud is going to be a pleasant surprise next year.

Id love to see one of the younger guys be put in, but I'd also like a shot at another W and I'm not sure if either of those two can deliver one any better than meyer.

Bret is the best we have, just like shaggy per Gene.
