Our ticket package now for the general public is $50 per game. If season tickets are $350 next year, that is over $58 per game. $58 per game per ticket (general public) to see a team that will have only a couple...a maybe only 1...win the previous is pretty harsh. Everyone else lowers their ticket prices for 6 game schedules, I just don't see why we wouldn't. Those last few games of the year, when I am basically trying to give tickets away so people will at least come. It is hard when you look at the ticket and it says $50.

You just paid $50 to watch a team give up.

I would think the $99 basketball tickets will eventually go up a little to like $125 here soon. They are having a nice push for season tickets this year so I think right now they are more of a tool to bring fans in then get them to renew or possibly upgrade after seeing the product on the court.

Hopefully the team starts to win again, and those cheaper tickets will go away because the demand will be up.

I think that they'll raise prices in certain areas...like the endzone, Cy's Pack and the $99 tickets for basketball. All of those are great deals and need to be upped a little. I expect the regular ticket price to go down from $350 to $300 this fall, hillsides stay the same at $150, endzone goes up to $150 and Cy's Pack goes up to $200.

Regardless, I'll definitly be moving one section over at least. I'm going to increase my donation for next season but I doubt the people I go with will.
One thing people don't consider with donations is that for some of us that have season basketball and football tickets and try to get to a few WBB games and wrestling matches every year... it gets really expensive going back and forth with concessions, gas, tailgating, etc. It's hard to increase a donation when in reality we're spending probably thousands of dollars a year on ISU events. I would love to be a directors level donor. It probably just isn't happening.

. There is one. Under the persons profile you can add to ignore list.

My employer matches. Get a form, and send it in with your donation to the ISU foundation and the AD will funnel the money through there.
It's a little shady, but whatever gets the job done.
