"Turning the beating into an art form"
I'm not familiar with the other teams whose entire seasons are listed with ours but...
I would have to say we have made losing an art form. Don't believe me? Toledo... I rest my case.
That having been said... I am optomistic that Chizik will teach us the art form of winning | Oh we will fight, fight, fight for Iowa State, and may her colors ever fly! Innocents (Detective) - Winners of Mafia Game XIII Innocent and back the usual curse Game XIV |

I'm not worried, as long as we aren't on the list in 4 yrs. If that is the case, ISU needs to sponsor their own brand of pain killers (New approach - instead of getting Nike to sponsor a team, bet Tylenol!)

He must have a vendetta against ISU to single us out like that. What about ND?

Solid, solid games against Missouri and Oklahoma, beat Iowa. Notre Dame should be on this list before us. Didn't they go three games without an offensive touchdown? | "We have gone forth from our shores repeatedly over the last hundred years and we've done this as recently as the last year in Afghanistan and put wonderful young men and women at risk, many of whom have lost their lives, and we have asked for nothing except enough ground to bury them in, and otherwise we have returned home to seek our own, you know, to seek our own lives in peace, to live our own lives in peace." That website gets bottom 5 of all time for me. My 1st grader could design something better than that.

Granted we havent exactly been anything to get excited about, but we dont have the reputation that they do, so when they flounder like that ir should be a bigger deal that our first year of rebuilding. | | |

While I agree that there should be other teams on this list before us (Minnesota, ND) we do now stand at being 5 plays away from a 23 game losing streak going back to 2005. When was the last time WE provided a beat down? Must have been the A & M, Okie State, K-State trifecta of '05. Hopefully we can provide another one this Saturday.

Damn that blogger sure burned us. With his unique ability to make even preseason NBA relevant, look for him to be in a major media outlet's newsroom in a few years!

ouch..........
| Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative. ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other." |
