Dilemma: Wife Tosses "Old" ISU Gear
I got new "I-STATE" stuff delivered to the house yesterday via UPS.
Since I was gone at the time, my wife opened the rather large, unexpected box and checked out my new merchandise....new hoodie, long sleeve t-shirt, hat, sweat shirt and two new short sleeves.
To my dismay, when I got home she had thrown out some of my old "stuff". She says, "if you're going to keep buying ISU gear you have to throw out something old to make room for the new!" She's sick of me filling up our closets w/ Cyclone stuff.
Dilemma: I feel kind of guilty.....and even somewhat attached to the stuff in the trash. I don't know if its wise to keep digging it out or just let it go to keep the peace? Whats a true fan supposed to do?

Use this...and not on your old gear either. -

Throw her in the trash with clothes and tell her she has been replaced too.

at least take the stuff to goodwill!!!!! dont just throw it away!!!!
Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative. ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other." -

I hear "A Pimp Named Slickback" offers excellent relationship advice. It's really helped me through the tough times.

Just in case you didn't know... I'm a girl. -

It must kept. My good ISU clothing progresses to my workout clothes and then to my yard work clothes until it is no longer wearable.

She should dumpster dive for your clothes. Otherwise, you must surrender your manhood, or what's left of it. -

Re: Dilemma: Wife Tosses "Old" ISU Gear
I thought it was a federal offense to dispose of ISU gear in this manner. It should be burned after a very intricate ceremony. Or am I thinking of something else? -
Re: Dilemma: Wife Tosses "Old" ISU Gear
Not matter how old, and Iowa State shirt never becomes "unwearable."
