Then its on the 45 or they make you kick it again (most likely) from the 10.

wow...you're the second on this board to admit to strep.
Note to self: avoid Iowa for now.
...just kidding. Hope you shake it soon buddy!
I'm tired of Jack Trice becoming the headquarters for Refs in training. Sure there were a few calls we got away with, but come on! You can tell that the players respond well to the reactions of Chizik.
Oh, and the game was good.
Winning = Fun
I beg to differ on this one... I think its great that 1. our fans (mostly students) have the passion to rush the field after any win 2. that this isn't some kind of lame-o NFL stadium where fans are never allowed on the field, and would never expect to do so.
It's all in good fun and I love the fact that fans can go on the field after the game... really a great atmosphere.
Awesome win today!
I loved today! To sit in a bar full of kNu fans and watch their misery while I was able to cheer and clap most of the game was priceless. Then seeing their little pep band they bring in pack up and leave in the middle of the 3rd QTR, wow. I just wanted to spend post #500 talking about and celebrating the great fact of a big W! Here's to more in the coming seasons, cheers!
I was impressed by Arnaud's ability to be calm, look for the right play and make it. It doesn't seem like he gets flustered very easily. We need that in a quarterback.
GO CYCLONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great game, some bad calls both ways from the officials. I saw a few obvious holds that I could not believe they missed, and the pick-up on the intentioanal grounding.....
Nelson #27, is going to make a lot of money on Sundays some day.
I was ready to chock McFarland in the 3rd quarter, but it worked...this time.
Great day and a lot of fun, with the fans who came staying to the very end!! I forgot how cold the beverages are when you hang around after a win!!!!
From what I saw look slike Robinson is a monster. And the team finally seems to have fun.
About the decision to punt the ball from our end-zone, or take the safety...
I also firmly believe that in this situation you take the safety because of the shakiness of our special teams play. K-State is GREAT at special teams and the worse thing you want happening is a blocked kick that gets recovered for a TD. Or a 35 yard TD return from Nelson. If you take the safety, you are still up by 9. I would rather free kick from the 20, or wherever it is from, than from the 1. At least when you free kick it from the 20, the punter is not under pressure and you have to make the returner WORK for the return.
Take the safety unless your special teams really are special.
Great game. It is really amazing how far this team has come since losing to Kent State and UNI. I wasn't happy at all with the playcalling in the third quarter, but we won, so I'll let it slide....This time.
