Thanks....your team didn't look like the same team I saw against Texas and Kansas, and this ISU team isn't the same one that lost to Nebraska and Texas.

Every team has "those fans" but I would put KSU's fan base up there against most when it comes to class. (See CU or Mizzou, for example)

I think ISU played okay, but KSU lost the same way ISU lost to Toledo, NU, UNI, Kent State....too many turnovers, and mistakes. Those pick 6's really hurt and Meyer leads the nation in those. It was nice to get a couple back the last 2 weeks.

I have to disagree, we won the game plain and simple. Our D and O-line both out played K-State. Sure they made mistakes but so did we. Every college team does. But we won the game by being more physical.

Two of my co-workers are KSU grads, and princes among men. The only "nicer" fanbase I've ever interacted with is Oklahoma's. (When I was single, every time I interacted with OU fans, I got a date with an attractive girl out of it, to boot.)

My former team leader at work is a K-State grad who's very classy - and he cheers for ISU other than the 3 days of the year they play his Wildcats. I think overall the K-State fans are a lot like that buy their bad apples are a lot worse than a lot of other fan bases.

This team is not going to play much more than a complete game than that. How you thought they played only "okay" is beyond me.

Same here. We had a few KSU fans sit right behind us. (ISU fans scalped their tix in the lot

)

But these guys were great to watch the game with. Knew where they were, didn't stir anything up, cheered for their team, stayed til the end and even said goodbye and shook hands with everyone.
