NU owns the tiebreaker over us...so for right now we are last.

Now, if CU beats NU and we pull a major upset over KU...NU would finish last in the North. :)

Yes but if they gave out a flag for last place we would both get one much like the one we got the year we tied CU for the North tittle but lost the tie breaker.
