ESPN - Sources: NFL reinstates Ricky Williams from ban - NFL
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has reinstated Dolphins RB Ricky Williams after a suspension of 18 months for violating the NFL substance-abuse policy, sources told ESPN's Chris Mortensen.
Williams filed for reinstatement Oct. 1.

He's been out of the league for 18+ months and he's coming back to the worst team in the league. Yeah, I don't see this turning out well.

I wonder if he's worth a waiver pickup at all on my fantasy team. Can never have too many RBs even if they do play on bad teams.

I would imagine he would have to pass a drug test before reinstatement. Assuming that, then I coudl assume that he has passed if Goodell is giving him a pass.

He will be out in less than a month...Probably will never play before he is suspended again.

Didn't he break his arm in the CFL? I don't think he had much of an impact up there.
