As of this time, ISU has torn down or destroyed every single place I've lived, and the very first place I sat when I attended my first game.

I'm wondering if they are trying to send me a subtle message? I need to add tinfoil to my hat, I think....

Hard to forgive them for tearing down Knapp hall. That was my first home in 1992 - 7th floor.

Are they going to do anything with the east side concourse, restrooms and concessions at some time?

I demo'ed Knapp hall 2 summers ago. That place was bound for disaster. I remember on a windy day when you were on top floor tearing walls out, you could feel the building sway TOO DAMN MUCH. I wish we had pictures, but we had 3 cat skidloaders in there with jack hammers knocking out the load bearing walls. You thought it was scary to stand in there with all the load bearing walls, try knocking out about 75% of them and it gets creepy. However, there were some good things about that. Found some really interesting stuff stuffed in the walls. We found a couple social security cards, some money, super old pop cans. The best part was busting the S#*& out of everything with a sledgehammer.

In Phas II where they bowl in the south they will do what they did to the west side concourse to the east side. They will also add a bunch more concessions and restrooms behing the south side stands, they'll be same as the ones on the east and west concourses. Thus connecting both west and east concourse and giving it more of a traditional stadium feal.
