So much for the talk coming out of Nebraska about their basketball team improving. The game between Creighton and Nebraska was nowhere as close as the final score indicated. At one point Creighton was ahead by about 20.
In case anyone's interested, Stinnett had 9 points.

dude- out of sympathy I gave you some positive rep for posting bad news about a nebraska team.
Altman owns nebraska. All those husker football/creighton hoops fans are rather amusing. Everyone likes a winner. What would they do if and when NU hoops gets good.

Creighton...
Nebraska ALWAYS loses to them and this really is starting to annoy me about the Valley. We really have to beat UNI and Drake to save some face around here.

Stinnet had 9 points, but he also had a sweet dunk in the second half. Wish we could have gotten him.

Stinnet is athletic for sure.
Nebraska had 17 tunovers in first half which really lost the fame. The guards screwed it up.

I can't stand those Nebraska Football/Creighton Basketball fans, and living in Southwest Iowa and listening to 590, there are a lot of them.

There sure are. Saw some people across the way at the game changing from their nebraska shirts to their creighton shirts at half. Just goes to show that nebraska fans will only get behind a winner...

As a Creighton fan and an NU hater, the first half was fun(47-20)....but things got tense in the second half as NU made it fairly close(I believe they got back within 9). But the Jays pulled it off. So far, I have been VERY impressed by Stinnet.

It would do us good to look at the film of that game. CU has no center - they held Maric to 8 boards and 9 points. I hope ISU can do that.
