I think McNabb is above average in general but I think he creates more turmoil than most QBs. Even after TO left Philly, things haven't been all happy and cheery on the team and I think McNabb should take a lot of the blame. He's just not a good enough uniter on a team that has a lot of talent but needs a true leader - as is evident tonight by their great OLine performance, solid defensive effort and one of the best running backs in the league.
A program isn't built on one player and it doesn't succeed because of one player, thus a program won't fail if it doesn't get that one player.
This game reminded me a little bit about things that were said about the Cyclones during the past season...i.e., in order for ISU to win, ISU had to minimize mistakes and play a near-perfect game. In this case, "ISU" is anybody who plays NE this year. Philly played great, except for those two (early and late) INT's, and those cost Philly the game...
