Tom Osbourne will hire new coach this week

Sports stations have confirmed Tom Osbourne is in Baton Rouge tonight to interview Bo Pelini tomorrow and then go up to interview Turner Gill in Buffalo. The process is moving very fast. Look for an announcement this week.

Maybe the All American pictures will be going back up in the halls.

Sounds like they may have more tradtion coming back than some thought.

Frank and Turner both won games this week.

They can start playing "Happy time are here again" in Nebraksa.

It will be interesting to see how it pans out for them. So are they going to throw out the West Coast style offense and go back to the power run?

I think that they will get Pelini, and that will be a good hire for them.

No way Nebraska will go back to the "power I". Osborne said when he was named interim AD that he's fascinated with the spread option and Pelini said that his offense would be a spread. Also, Turner Gill is his own OC at Buffalo and runs an offense that has alot of the West Coast traits to it.
