The start of the season starts TONIGHT!!

With Wesley coming back tonight, I would like to announce that this is the new start of the season. With our team completely healthy, we should see a different team tonight and for the rest of the season. The Brackins and Johnson combination should just be scary to opposing teams for hopefully the next 3 years. I can't wait to get into Hilton tonight and cheer on the cyclones. Lets bring Hilton Magic back tonight starting with a victory or UNI.

I do agree though, we're at 85-90% now for the first time this year. I'd give us 100% if we had Wes fully healthy and if we had Lucca.

Yeah but HOW much is wes going to play tonight? I am still highly worried about this game. UNI is pretty good, and Wes will not be 100%.

UNI is also missing two players. Carlton Reed and their starting point guard whose name escapes me.
This game is a must win. The crowd will have to be huge tonight also

Both starting guards are out. Reed and Ahelegbe. But Josten is a senior and seems to do well at pg.

Reed is supposed to be back for the Iowa game and Ahelegbe is out all year.
Ahelegbe is good defender.

I am aware. However, referring to Wesley as a "her" probably isn't the smartest thing to do.

With Wes back, hopefully teams will have to focus on Wes, Jiri, and Brackins more resulting in less pressure on our guards.

I'd like nothing more than to trounce the purple kitties. My few Panther friends think they are going to kick our a** tonight and I'd like to shut them up. I'll be cheering from my den watching on the Clone Zone.
