So that was from what... '91? Lucca's lawsuit should then be settled up by around... 2023? Sweeeeet, I'm calling that the 2023 Cyclones are going to the Dance! Or atleast the NIT...

Why not a descrimination lawsuit. Since he's a foreign born player he's receiving a harsher penalty than any american born player with similiar circumstances (ie receiving money of some sort).
