I love his philosphy about how playing a tough schedule if you want to find out what your team is made of. I agree. Alot of the teams out there schedule patsies and it gives them a false sense of where they are as a team.

Great interview. He definately knows where he is going with the program. Some of us (including me) are just a little too impatient for progress.

We see the beginnings of a good thing, and we want a taste right now. Of course, the cake will taste better when it's done cooking, but I for one don't let that get in the way of getting some batter straight from the bowl!
