DVD Mp3 question

I need some advice from the computer experts...

I am looking for a piece of software that will allow me to:
1. Rip DVDs for play on my iPod
2. Rip audio from DVDs to mp3s, so i can listen to the audio only from DVD concerts

I would prefer to find 1 program that can perform both tasks. Freeware is always nice, but i don't care if i have to pay...so long as it works well and is easy.

I use Magic DVD Ripper. It's not free but I too needed a simliar program and have enjoyed this one for several years. You get a fully functional trial period so you might as well give er a try and see what you think.

I too was looking for something like this. I used the free trial. It worked awesome, except that I'm looking for something that I can then move to the 2 GB micro SD card in my blackberry. Does anyone know which format I should save it to when I rip it from the DVD to make it work on the blackberry?
