Tinsley

Tinsley has played really well so far this year I'm glad to see him out of Rick Carlisle's system. today so far in 9 minutes played he has 8 points and 4 assists.

I agree, he's been playing very well this season. If he can keep it up and the Pacers keep winning some games you could see JT as an all-star this year.

Re: Tinsley

Tinsley ended up finishing the day with 29 points, 7 assists, 7 boards, and 3 steals and led the pacers to a victory.

Re: Tinsley

If you go to ESPN's main page, he appears on one of the videos (on the right side of the page under "NEW" videos - page 3). The video clip shows a couple highlights of his from the game! Also, the other nite against Seattle, he had 0 points until the last minute of the game and then almost brought the Pacers back from a 6 point deficit. He ended up with 6 points (in the final minute) and 10 assists & just missed a last second 3 pointer that would have sent the game into overtime.

Re: Tinsley

I think Rick Carlisle is a great coach, but I don't think Jamaal was the PG for his system. He'll shine under O'Brien.

Tinsley got a lot of love tonight on Sportscenter in their loss. Made a great save diving into the crowd that lead to a fast break lay-up. He had 19pts. and 12assts. tonight in a 121-117 loss to the Suns at home

Just now on ESPN News, I saw Tinsley make a pass to himself THROUGH the legs of Hedo Turkoglu for a layup.

That guy can play.

Rick Carlisle kept trying to put Anthony Johnson in as his point guard who dribbled like BP and would sit Tinsley for several games. He did that to other players. His coachng substuitution was justplain weird. It was like he wanted to remind his players that he was boss at all times. Was Rick a short guy?

If you have not seen this play yet, you need to go to ESPN.com and watch the Pacers highlights vs. the Magic. It's SICK!!!

Re: Tinsley

Tinsley did the same through-the-legs thing against Oklahoma in the Big 12 title game replayed recently on Mediacom. We were fortunate to have him .
